This refund policy (the "Refund Policy") was last amended on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
This refund policy forms a part of the terms and conditions each user must agree to (the "Agreement") in order to use the website and related services located at www.DogShow.ca (the "Website").
The terms “DogShow.ca”, “MDEX” or “us” or “we” or “our” refer to MDEX Solutions Inc., the owner and operator of the Website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Website.
By using the Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by this refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to this refund policy, you should not use this site.
BEFORE ENTRY CLOSING:ENTRY FEES, EXCLUDING OUR SERVICE FEES, ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE PROVIDED WE RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY WITHDRAWAL NOTICE BEFORE ENTRY CLOSING.
AFTER ENTRY CLOSING:NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED FOR ANY ENTRY AFTER ENTRY CLOSING. (Exception: Bitches that come into season before the event date -- see #3)
1. Declined or disputed credit card payments will be assessed a $50 service charge.
2. An exhibitor has the right to withdraw an entry at any time up to the entry closing date and time as published in the premium list. This must be done via email to us or the show secretary, no later than closing date and time. If notification is not received, the dog will remain entered in the event and the entry fee and any associated service fee or other fee will become non-refundable.
3. Entry fees will be refunded when a bitch entered in an event (including, but not limited to Obedience, Rally Obedience, Agility, and Lure Coursing) comes into season after the close of entries if a Veterinarian’s Certificate (certifying that the bitch was in season within the 10 day period preceding the event) is delivered to us or the show secretary before the starting date and the time of the trial. Entry fees will be refunded if the above conditions are met, however service fees will not be refunded.
4. If it is impossible to open or to complete the event because of riot, civil disturbance or other acts beyond the control of either DogShow.ca or the club, no refund of entry fees or service fees will be made.
