We have worked out a deal with the Meridian Inn & Suites Lloydminster for our exhibitors. They are waiving their pet fee and charging a flat rate of just $120/night!

Other pet friendly hotels in the area:
- Royal Hotel - 2 pets max, $15/pet/night
- Econo Lodge - $10/night
- Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lloydminster - 2 pets max, $20/pet/night
- Border Inn & Suites Lloydminster - 2 pets max, $25/night

For the brave souls that would like to chance it with camping mid March, we have:
- 30amp Sites - $45/night
- 15amp Sites - $40/night

Please note that powered sites are limited and parking spaces will be assigned. Parking is self-serve, but you will be asked to move if you do not park in your assigned space. Please ensure you make a note with your entry if you wish to be parked next to someone.
