1. How secure is my information?

We use the latest in technology to keep your information secure. We start by transporting your information from your browser to our servers using 128-bit SSL encryption. Once the information is received, it is also again encrypted for storage on our servers.

2. How do I know that my entry made it to the event secretary?

Once your online entry is submitted, we will issue you a unique entry confirmation number. For your records, this confirmation number and details of your entry will be sent to your email address.

At this time, your entry is pending approval by the event secretary, who is immediately notified of your pending entry.

When your entry is approved by the event secretary, you will receive an entry approval email notification.

3. Oops, I made a mistake - can I change my entry?

Once your entry has been submitted, you must contact the event secretary directly to make any changes to it.

You will receive an email confirmation from the system when the changes have been made.

4. I can't seem to remember my password

Don't worry, we can help you reset your password!

On the Login page, click on the "Reset Your Password?" link. Then, enter your email address and the system will email you instructions on how to reset your password.

5. What do I do if the entry closing date has passed and I still haven't received an approval email for my entry?

Please be patient, as the event secretary is processing many last minute entries, and it may take them a few days to get all that information processed.

If you still don't have a confirmation within 3 days after entry closing, contact the event secretary directly so that this can be followed up on.

By retaining your pending notification email, this will prove that your entry was submitted before the closing date.

6. How do I change the email address associated with my account?

To change your email address associated with your account, click here.

If you not logged into the website yet, you will be prompted to do so. You must first log in using your old email address.
